It’s time to break down the silos

Hola, I’m Coral

A smiling woman with brown hair, glasses, and a navy blue dress standing with arms crossed in front of a blue textured background.

I'm a multipassionate educator, author, and lifelong learner who believes in living far beyond the confines of any single box.

By day, I'm a program manager supporting education leaders nationwide. In the evening and on weekends, I pursue the many interests that fuel my curiosity, both within and beyond the education world.

Over the last 15 years I’ve been working in K-12, higher education and education nonprofits. From idea to reality, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with others to start education organizations and programs, led classrooms of brilliant multilingual learners, coached science teachers, and learned to share my voice through education policy fellowships.

I've channeled over a decade of classroom experience into my debut book, Teaching K-5 Science: Encouraging Exploration, Inquiry, and Problem-Solving. You can learn more here.

Passionate about coaching first-generation students, minorities, and women.

I love creating transformative learning experiences, speaking and mentoring.

At my core, I believe we have the power to design the world we want to live in.

When I'm not working, you'll find me with family and friends, exploring new destinations, learning French, and building Sunset Path Travel.

I'm always learning something new, ready for the next adventure, and eager to connect with fellow changemakers who believe in the power of education, exploration, and authentic human connection.
